We're on the move; from Auld Reekie to La-La Land. Unless, of course, things fall through. Either way, it's going to be a difficult and frustrating experience, which should be entertaining for anyone who's not involved in the move. Just watch us turn into nervous wrecks...
Initial plans were to post as two people under one pseudonym (hence "bramble", our mutual favourite soft fruit), but P never could be bothered to post anything. So now it's just akatsukira on her tod. She has now ported to akatsukira.com, but is still maintaining these blogspot pages. Leave her a note anywhere; she still cares.
It's another farewell to some well-loved items. The pair of duvets were bought in 1994 on my very first visit to the cash-and-carry Macro outlet near Liverpool. It's been in various residences since, and has always come in useful on those extra-cold nights for sitting in front of the telly. They're off to our local Shelter shop.
