We're on the move; from Auld Reekie to La-La Land. Unless, of course, things fall through. Either way, it's going to be a difficult and frustrating experience, which should be entertaining for anyone who's not involved in the move. Just watch us turn into nervous wrecks...
Initial plans were to post as two people under one pseudonym (hence "bramble", our mutual favourite soft fruit), but P never could be bothered to post anything. So now it's just akatsukira on her tod. She has now ported to akatsukira.com, but is still maintaining these blogspot pages. Leave her a note anywhere; she still cares.
Nothing doing today. It's the last day of the Six Nations, and possibly the last chance we'll get to watch decent rugby for the next few years. The sorting and packing has been suspended for the most exciting final day we can recall.

(laughing) my dear friend malcolm refused to leave my sofa in los angeles when he found out that fox sports was carrying the complete season of scottish rugby (not to mention english/welsh/nz/australian)--not just highlights. you'll just need to find someone with the right cable company.
Omigod! I'd better not get cable... I'd never get to see LA!
